How to Find Your True Size — Because Comfort Starts with Fit

Finding your perfect size shouldn’t be complicated or frustrating. This guide will help you understand your measurements, your shape, and how to choose the HRONA fit that feels made just for you.

1. Why Fit Matters

A well-fitted bra can change the way you feel every day. It improves posture, enhances confidence, and eliminates common discomforts like slipping straps, tight bands, or digging wires.
When your bra fits correctly, you stop thinking about it—and that’s the real definition of comfort.

2. How to Measure Yourself at Home

All you need is a soft measuring tape, a mirror, and a few minutes.

Step 1: Measure your band size

Stand straight and wrap the measuring tape around your ribcage, just under your bust.
Keep it snug but not tight.
Round to the nearest whole number.
If it’s even, add 4 inches. If it’s odd, add 5 inches.
Example: 31 inches + 5 = 36 (band size 36).

Step 2: Measure your bust size

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level across your back.
Don’t pull tight—let it rest naturally on your body.
Round to the nearest whole number.

Step 3: Find your cup size

Subtract your band size from your bust measurement.
1 inch difference = A cup
2 inches = B cup
3 inches = C cup
4 inches = D cup
and so on.
3. Signs Your Bra Doesn’t Fit

Even if you’ve worn the same size for years, your body can change. Here are a few signs it’s time to check your fit again:

The band rides up your back.
Straps slip off your shoulders or dig in.
The cups wrinkle, gap, or spill over.
You constantly adjust your bra throughout the day.
You feel discomfort or tightness after a few hours.

If any of these sound familiar, it’s time for a fit refresh.

4. Why flexible sizing can help

Every body is unique, and flexible sizing can make finding a comfortable fit easier.
Our seamless fabrics are made to stretch where you need room and hold where you need support—adapting to your body’s natural shape, not forcing it to fit a mold.

Each piece also comes with thoughtful details like adjustable straps and band extenders, so you can find your personal version of the perfect fit.

5. Comfort Is Confidence

Finding your true size isn’t about numbers—it’s about how you feel when you wear it.
The right HRONA fit should make you feel supported, secure, and effortlessly confident from the moment you put it on.

When your bra fits perfectly, you move differently. You breathe easier. You feel like yourself.

Comfort starts with a fit that feels supportive, secure, and natural.
